Terms of Service

By purchasing a commission from me, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed below.

Important Notes:
▸I am currently a full time student, so turn around times may be up to a maximum of 2-3 months, depending on the complexity of the order.
▸I have the right to refuse any commission.
▸None of my work, at any time, for any reason, may be used for AI training or generation, or NFT usage. NO EXCEPTIONS.

I. PROCESS
▸I will open slots via google form. I may rarely accept commissions outside of slot openings with a vouch from previous clients.
▸If I accept your commission outside of a google form opening, I will send you a form to fill out. This keeps me organized and information in one place.
▸After I accept your form and approve the commission, I will send you an invoice via PayPal. Once the agreed upon mode of payment is complete, I will begin work.
▸For most commissions, I will make an initial sketch and wait for your approval before I continue. Smaller orders or experimental pieces do not have this.
▸In the sketch phase, major changes such as pose, mood, etc. are free. This is the time to make the biggest changes you like, so please don't be afraid to ask for them.
▸I will send further WIPs at the lineart, flat color, and render stages. After the flat color phase, major changes will come with a fee. Minor changes and corrections of mistakes on my part will always be free.
▸You may ask for WIPs at any time.
▸Finished commissions will be sent in .png format, with a transparent version if required. I keep all .psd files indefinitely so feel free to return to me if it is ever lost.
Please be aware I do NOT share my .psd files for editing by the customer or third parties. If you require edits, please ask me. The only exception is cropping for profile pictures, or hue changes.

PAYMENTS
▸Typically, I take full payment upfront for all commissions. I am open to discussing payment plans on larger orders with a down payment.
▸Previous clients may request half and half payments (half before, half after) on future orders.
▸Major changes in the sketch and flat color phase are free. I will charge for major changes after that depending on how much I need to adjust. Minor changes or changes due to mistakes on my part are always free.

USE OF MY WORK
▸I offer three types of commission use: personal use, monetized use, and commercial use. For personal and monetized use, credit to me for the artwork is required. For commercial use, it is appreciated but not necessary. In no case can you claim the art as your own.
▸Personal use: The art will remain in a public or private collection on a non-monetized platform, i.e., ToyHouse galleries, ArtFight, etc.
▸Monetized use: The art will be used on monetized platforms, but the asset itself will not be sold, i.e., a Vtuber profile picture, a PNGtuber model, or Youtube thumbnail.
▸Commercial use: The art will be directly resold on merchandise, such as graphic novels, apparel, prints, etc.

Please keep in mind these pieces will vary wildly as i use them to test new techniques. if you want me to reference one of my previous works for yours, please be sure to state it up front. I will ask you for the general mood/personality, but generally, I will decide the pose and painting style.

More general commission type with the most control. Everything will be done to client specification; if you prefer to give direction rather than leave it to artistic freedom, this one is for you.
